Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane, often called the "Little Switzerland of Morocco" for its European-style architecture. Continue through Azrou and Midelt before crossing the spectacular landscapes of the Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga, at the gateway to the Sahara Desert. You may choose to enjoy an optional camel ride through the golden dunes at sunset before reaching your desert camp. Dinner and overnight in the heart of the Sahara.
